4 Cheese Spinach Soup

1 poundSpinach; fresh
1 quartHeavy cream
2 16-oz canCream of potato soup
8 ouncesCream cheese
1/2 cupsharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 cupParmesan cheese
8 ouncesFeta cheese
1 cupSour cream
4 ctGreen onion
1 quartChicken Stock
4 ctCelery Stalks
2 tablespoonSalt
1 tablespoonPepper
1 tablespoonGarlic powder


1Combine all ingredients (except Chicken stock) in a blender or food processor and puree for a minute or so. Then pour in to stock pot and stir in chicken stock. Heat to boiling, then reduce heat to simmer. Let simmer for 30 minutes. Stirring occassionally. Garnish with chedder or parmesan cheese.
