6 largecarrots; (up to 8)
2 tablespoonvegetable oil
1/2 teaspoonChinese 5-spice
salt; to taste ( Approx 1/2 Tsp )


1Pre-Heat Oven to 375
2 Wash and Peel Carrots
3 Cut Carrots Length-wise , then cut on a bias.
4 Cover Carrots with oil
5 Sprinkle On Chinese 5-spice
6 Sprinkle On Salt
7 Mix with your Hands To Evenly Coat
8 Arrange Into An Even Layer
9 Optional: Turn Carrots Over Half Way Through Cooking
10 Optional : Add Raisins and or Dried Cranberries ( Just A Handful )
11 Bake 30 - 40 min Remember to Check Them For Done-ness
