Filling tasty pretty and good for you
Main Ingredient: Squash

|2||Akorn Squash; halved|
|1 tablespoon||Unsalted butter|
|1 pinch||Sea salt; to taste|
|1 pinch||Chili flakes|
|1||Heat oven to convection on 375 degrees F. Cut squash in haves and place face down on baking pan, no greasing required. Bake for 20 minutes, then turn face up and salt, pepper and butter.|
|2||Place adjacent half back on top and bake for another 20 minutes. [If using regular oven heat to 350 F (30 mins on each side)]Pinch with skewer or fork to make sure that it''''s tender.|
|3||Serve in Akorn shell on a bed of baby spinach or scoop out to make a tasty mashed squash - see Sweet Mashed Potato recipe.|
|4||This is not only filling and tasty, but also so very good for you! Plan for 1/2 a squash per adult. Enjoy!|
