1/4 c.cashews; raw, unsalted
1/4 c.pecans; raw, unsalted
1/4 c.whole almonds; raw, unsalted
1/4 c.walnuts; raw, unsalted pieces
1/4 c.sunflower seeds; hulled raw, unsalted
6 tablespooncranberries; dried organic
6 tablespoonGolden raisins


1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2 Mix together the cashews, pecans, almonds, walnuts, and sunflower seeds on a baking
3 sheet. Bake for 5 minutes. Cool the nut mixture slightly. Mix in the dried cranberries and
4 raisins. Store in tightly covered glass bowls.
