|12 ounce||Marinated artichoke hearts|
|1 cup||Sour cream|
|1/2 cup||Chopped parsley|
|1/4 cup||Parmesan cheese; + 1 T|
|2 cloves||Garlic; minced|
|1 jar||Pimento; drained|
|1/4 cup||Black olives; chopped|
|1||Drain artichoke hearts, reserving 2 T marinade. Puree 1/2 of artichokes and chop 1/2. Combine with reserved marinade and remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.|
