1 cupMayonnaise
1/2 cupChopped parsley
1/4 cupParmesan cheese; + 1 T
2 clovesGarlic; minced
1 jarPimento; drained
1/4 cupBlack olives; chopped
3 tablespoonFlour

Method

StepInstruction
1Drain artichoke hearts, reserving 2 T marinade. Puree 1/2 of artichokes and chop 1/2. Combine with reserved marinade and remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
