Good before during and after the game
Main Ingredient: Artichoke
|1 cup||Parmesan; shredded|
|2 cup||Mozzerella cheese; shredded|
|1 teaspoon||Garlic salt|
|1 12-oz can||Artichoke hearts; chopped|
|1||Drain and finely chop artichoke. Add mayonnaise, parmesan milk, mozzerella and garlic salt. Spread into a pan. ( it's not neccesary to grease or use cooking spray) I usually use a glass pie plate. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes. Serve warm. Spread on your favorite cracker.|
