|1 16-oz can||Artichoke hearts; chopped|
|1 16-oz pack||Frozen Spinach; thawed and squeezed chopped|
|3/4 cup||Sour cream|
|3/4 cup||Parmesan cheese; grated|
|3/4 cup||Mozzarella Cheese; grated|
|1 tblspoons||Garlic or Garlic powder|
|2 tablespoons||olive oil|
|1 medium||Lemon squeeze|
|1||Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. After all ingredients are mixed, place the contents into a glass casserole dish. You can either bake ingredients for about 15 to 20 minutes at 325 degrees in the oven or heat in a microwave for 3 to 4 minutes until cheese is melted and dip is hot. Alternative: Instead of a casserole dish you can use a crockpot or fondue pot. Serve hot with warm Pita bread. You can also serve with gourmet crackers or tortilla chips.|
