Main Ingredient: Artichoke
|1 cup||Parmesan; grated|
|1 can (12 oz)||Artichoke hearts; 14 0z, drained and chopped|
|4||Pepperoncini; seeds removed and chopped|
|4 cloves||Garlic; minced|
|2 tablespoons||Green onions; sliced Optional|
|2 tablespoons||Tomatoes; chopped Optional|
|1||Preheat oven to 350(F).|
|2||Mix all ingredients except onion and tomato until well blended. Spoon into shallow baking dish or 9" pie plate. Bake at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly brown. Do not overcook as it will become oily. Sprinkle with onion and tomato. Serve with sliced baguette.|
