|24 ea||Red potatoes|
|1/8 teaspoon||Onion salt|
|1/8 teaspoon||Black pepper|
|1 cup||Sour cream|
|1||Boil potatoes until just done. Scoop out a small hole in the top of the potato with a small melon baller . Mash holes with the rest of the ingredients and pipe back into the holes. Top with chives or green onions. Serve warm or at room temp.|
