Our family likes this version
Main Ingredient: Artichoke
|1 10-oz pkg||Spinach; (chopped, thawed)|
|1 can||Artichoke hearts; in water, quartered|
|1 cup||Mozzarella; shredded|
|1 small can||Jalapeno peppers; (slices)|
|1 tablespoon||Garlic; minced|
|1 cup||Parmesan; shredded|
|1||Mix it all up thoroughly in a large bowl. Put it in a greased 9 x 9 pan, and bake at 350? for about a half hour, till it's golden brown on top. Serve with tortilla chips.|
