2 tablespoonsOlive Oil
1Onion; diced
3 stalksCelery; diced
3Carrots; diced
1 1/2 poundsHam; diced
2 tablespoonsMinced Garlic
4 tablesoonsButter
1/8 teaspoonCumin
1/2 teaspoonPepper
1/8 teaspoonRosemary/Garlic Seasoning
2 32 oz cartonsChicken Broth; reduced sodium
1 28 oz. canNew Potatoes; diced
1 canRotel Tomatoes with Green Chilies
4 tablespoonsKetsup
2 40.5 oz. cansGreat Northern Beans
2 15.5 oz. cansCannellini Beans
3/4 cupWhipping Cream


1In a large pot, add olive oil, onion, carrots, celery, ham and 1 cup of the chicken broth. Simmer until vegetables are softened. Add all other ingredients (excepts for whipping cream) and simmer for about an hour (longer if you have time). Just before you are ready to serve, add the whipping cream and simmer for 5 more minutes.
