1/2 cupsoy sauce
1/4 cupvegetable oil
2 tablespoonsmolasses
2 teaspoonsground ginger
2 teaspoonsdry mustard
6 clovesgarlic; minced
3 poundsbeef sirloin, or other meat; cut into 1 to 1 1/2 inch cubes
1 largegreen bell pepper; cut into 1 inch chunks
8 ouncesbutton mushrooms
1 mediumyellow onion; cut into 1 inch pieces and separated
1 can (15 oz)pineapple chunks; drained
20-25bamboo skewers; soaked 10 min in water


1Combine soy sauce, oil, molasses, ginger, mustard and garlic in small bowl. Place meat in gallon zip top bag. Pour marinade over meat, seal bag, and shake gently to coat meat. Marinade from 2 to 24 hours in the refrigerator, turning a few times periodically.
2 Assemble kabobs as desired, trying to use a proportional amount of meat, vegetables and pineapple on each.
3 Grill over medium heat until meat is cooked as desired, anywhere from 5 - 12 minutes depending on temperature of grill and your preferences.
