Bob's Egg Beater Omelets

Ingredients

1.5 cupsEgg whites
1 linkSausage; Diced
1/8 cupsBell pepper; Diced
1 ounceCheese; Grated
1 mushroomMushroom; Sliced

Method

StepInstruction
1Mix all dry ingredients together.
2 Portion into 6.
3 Note: Coat insides of egg cups with non stick spray applied to a paper towel.
4 Put dry ingredients into each egg cup.
5 Add 1/4 cup of egg white to each cup.
6 Place cap on egg container.
7 Put containers in pan with 2.5 inches of warm water.
8 Bring water to a rolling boil and then reduce to soft boil.
9 Start 16 minute timer once rolling boil is reached.
10 Remove egg containers from water.
11 Allow to cool 3 minutes.
12 Remove caps and pour egg out.
13 Enjoy!
