|8 teaspoons||toasted flaked almonds|

|1||1. Preheat 10" base measurement non-stick electric skillet|
|2||to moderate. Melt margarine. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Stir in juice.|
|3||2. Place banana, cut-side down, in sugar mixture; cook for 2 minutes.|
|4||Turn; cook for 2 minutes more or until caramelised.|
