These sandwiches are great for casual gettogethers or tailgating
Main Ingredient: Beef
|1 1/2 pounds||lean ground beef|
|1/2 teaspoon||garlic-pepper blend|
|1 pack||pasteurized process cheese spread; (8 oz) diced|
|1||green bell pepper; chopped|
|1 small||onion; chopped|
|2||garlic cloves; minced|
|8||sandwich buns; split|
|1||In large skillet, brown ground beef and garlic-pepper blend until thoroughly cooked. Drain.|
|2||In 3 1/2- to 4-quart crockpot, combine cooked ground beef and all remaining ingredients except buns; mix well. Cover; cook on LOW setting for 6 to 7 hours.|
|3||To serve, spoon mixture into sandwich buns.|
|4||This recipe yields 8 sandwiches.|
