This is one of my most favourite wraps, and is so easy to do.
Main Ingredient: Chicken
|1 whole||Chicken breast; cooked and diced or sliced|
|1 small||Carrot; grated|
|1 teaspoon||Tarragon; dried is okay|
|1 tablespoon||Low fat mayonnaise|
|1||Pitta bread or wrap; white or wholemeal is good|
|1||Mix the chicken, carrot, tarragon and mayonnaise in a bowl and then spoon the mixture into the pitta bread or wrap before serving. Enjoy!|
