3 poundsChicken wings; tips removed
3 tablespoonsOlive oil
2 teaspoonssalt
.5 stickmargarine
3 tablespoonsFranks Louisiana Hot Sauce
1 tablespoonwhite vinegar
1/8 teaspooncelery seed
.25 teaspooncayenne pepper
1 teaspoongarlic powder
1 pinchground black pepper
.25 teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
Blue cheese or ranch dressing; for serving


1Place the wings in a large bowl, add olive oil and salt, toss to coat. Transfer to a sealable container and refrigerate.
2 In a separate dish, combine margarine, hot sauce, vinegar, celery seed, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, and worcestershire sauce.
3 Heat grill to medium.
4 Transfer sauce ingredients to saucepan
5 Grill the wings turning them every 6 minutes or so. Cook about 30 minutes.
6 During the last 10 minutes, place the saucepan on the grill.
