2 clovesGarlic
1 eachChilli; small red (or 1 1/2 tsp of Chilli powder
400 gramsBeef; roughly cubed
1 teaspoonOlive oil
300 gramsKidney beans; can red, rinsed and drained
400 gramTomato; can
Oregano, Thyme, Basil or Mixed Herbs; to Taste, (fresh or dried)
2 tablespoonTM Vegetable Stock Concentrate
2 tablespoonTomato Paste; (optional)
1 pinchSugar
Cheese; grated (optional)
Sour cream; (optional)
Corn chips; (optional)

3 Place onion, garlic and fresh chilli into TM bowl and chop for 6 seconds on speed 7.
4 Add meat, set dial to closed lid position and mince by pulsing Turbo button 4-6 times
5 Add oil and saute for 2 minutes at 100c on Reverse + speed soft
6 Serve in bowl garnished with chees, sour creem and corn chips.

9 For thicker consistency more meat can be used ie. 600g beef, but mince it in two batches - 300g at a time.
10 For a vegetarian alternative, use additional tin of Kidney Beans. Delet step 2 and before adding remaining ingredients, add a tin of Kidney Beans and puree for 10 seconds on speed 6.
