10 cupsVanilla Wafers; (4 boxes) Crushed
3 cupConfectioners Sugar; Sifted
1/2 cupCocoa; Sifted
2 cupsGranulated Sugar; Use as much as needed
4 cupMacadamia Nuts
2 cupCoconut Flakes
14 ounceCondensed Milk (Sweetened); (1 can)
6 tablespoonsLight Corn Syrup
4 teaspoonsVanilla Extract
3 teaspoonsAlmond Extract
2 cupBacardi Rum


11) Sift cocoa and confectioners sugar together and combine with Vanilla Wafer Crumbs, finely chopped Macadamia nuts, and Coconut Flakes.
2 2) Add Condensed Milk, Corn Syrup, Vanilla & Almond Extracts, and Rum (to taste).
3 3) Roll into 1" balls, then roll in or sprinkle on the granulated sugar.
4 3) Store and refrigerate in a airtight tin and leave for 12 hours.
