Corny Coleslaw

5 cupsCabbage; shredded
1 1/2 cupsCorn
2 tablespoonOnion; finely chopped
1/2 cupSour cream
1/2 cupMayonnaise
2 tablespoonSugar
2 tablespoonLemon juice
1 teaspoonMustard
1/2 teaspoonSalt
1/2 cupSalted peanut; chopped


1In a bowl, combine the cabbage, corn and onion. In a small, combine the sour cream, mayo, sugar, lemon juice, mustard and salt. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Stir in peanuts just before serving.
