1/4 cupSugar;
3 Eggs; beaten
1 1/2 cupMilk;
3 tablespoonShortening; melted
1 cupCranberries; , raw ground
ORANGE; SAUCE
1/2 cupSugar;
2 tablespoonCornstarch;
1 teaspoonSalt;
1 1/2 c water;boil; ing
1 tablespoonButter; (or marg.)
1 tablespoonOrange; rind grated
1/2 cupOrange; juice
1 tablespoonLemon; juice

Method

StepInstruction
1Combine biscuit mix and sugar; stir in eggs and milk. Add melted shortening, mixing well; fold in cranberries. Bake in a preheated waffle baker, and serve with Orange sauce. Orange Sauce: Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt; add to boiling water. Cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in butter orange rind, orange juice, and lemon juice.
