Deliciously simple crispy potato wedges
Main Ingredient: Potatoes
Category: Side Dish
|1||Oil; can be Olive, Peanut, Sunflower, or any other type of oil|
|1||OXO cube; You can use any type, but vegetable works best|
|1||Wash and then cut potatoes into large chunky wedges. For best results leave skins on.|
|2||Place pieces onto a baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Make sure the potatoes are well covered.|
|3||Place in a pre-heated oven for 35 minutes.|
|4||After 20 minutes take the potatoes out and turn them over, making sure that they are not stuck to the baking sheet.|
|5||After 30 minutes break up the OXO cube and sprinkle over the wedges before returning to the oven.|
|6||After 35 minutes check that the potatoes are cooked by pushing a sharp knife into them.|
