|300 grams||parmesan or gruyere; grated|
|1||Melt butter, flour and salt. Add milk and cook until thickened. Add cheese.|
|2||Put in dish rubbed with melted butter or sprayed with cooking oil and let rest in fridge for a few hours.|
|3||When hardened, cut in rectangles, dip in eggs, then bread crumbs and fry.|
|4||Serve with a vinaigrette salad.|
