1 poundGround sausage (bulk); browned
1/4 cupChili powder
1 1/2 teaspoonsSalt
1 1/2 teaspoonsBlack pepper
1 1/2 teaspoonsGranulated garlic
2 tablespoonsAgave nectar
1/2 teaspoonChipotle pepper (ground)
1/2 teaspoonOld Hickory spice
4Beef bouillon cube; dissolved in 1 cup hot water
24 ouncesRoasted red peppers; 1 jar, diced
7 ouncesGreen chilies (diced); 1 can
2 cansBlack beans; rinsed and drained
1 poundGreat Northern beans (dried); rehydrated
2 cansDiced tomatoes; 14.5oz
1 canCrushed tomatoes; 28oz
1Yellow onion; diced
2 sprigsFresh thyme; remove after 1-2 hours
1 stalkFresh rosemary; remove after 1-2 hours
2 tablespoonsParsley (dried)
1 teaspoonSweet paprika
1 teaspoonFrank's Buffalo Wing Sauce; maybe more
1 teaspoonHot pepper sauce
1/4 cupBrown sugar


1Cook the day before over low heat in large stockpot 6-8 hours. Refrigerate and re-heat 1/2 hour before serving.
