1 canGarbanzo beans/Chickpeas
1/2 15oz canCorn; drained
1 largeTomato; chopped
1/2Green pepper; chopped
1/2 cupFresh Cilantro; chopped
1 canTuna; drained
Sea Salt; to taste
Greek seasoning; to taste
4 tablespoonsExtra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoonsLemon Juice


1Mix beans, corn, tomato, green pepper, cilantro, and tuna. Add sea salt, Greek seasoning, extra virgin olive oil, and lemon juice. This dish can be served right away or chilled and served.
