Garlic Chicken & Cauliflower

2 1/2 lbschicken breast; boneless & skinless
1 headlarge yellow or white cauliflower
1 eachlarge red bell pepper
1-2 tbsgarlic olive oil
1 tsp (or more)granulated garlic powder
1/2 teaspoonPappy's Lemon Pepper
1 bottleDrew's Roasted Garlic Dressing
1/2 teaspoonsalt & pepper; amount optional


1Trim chicken breasts and cut each breast into 5 or 6 pieces. Place chicken breast pieces in large rectangular foil lined pan.
2 Sprinkle granulated garlic powder, Pappy’s Lemon Pepper, salt & pepper over chicken.
3 Cut cauliflower into sliced flowerettes; chop red bell pepper into 1” pieces.
4 Place cauliflower & red bell pepper in pan over chicken pieces. Drizzle a little garlic olive oil over the chicken & vegetables. Sprinkle a little more garlic powder, Pappy’s Lemon Pepper, salt & pepper. Pour entire bottle of Drew’s Roasted Garlic salad dressing over the chicken & vegetables. (Alternate: add 1/2 cup white wine to salad dressing.)
5 Bake for 45 – 60 minutes at 375
