0.5 cupGF flour
2 teaspoonsSalt
2 teaspoonsSugar
1 tablespoonbaking powder
2 teaspoonsbaking soda
5.6667 teaspoonsButtermilk powder
1.875 cupsmilk
2eggs
3 tablespoonsVegetable oil
2 teaspoonsXanthun gum

Method

StepInstruction
1Sift together dry ingredients. Mix together wet ingredients (best if all are at room temperature). Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Bake in 9x13 pan or preheated cast iron skillet. Pour into greased pan, smooth. Bake at 450 fro 25 minutes.
