|1 1/2 cups||flour|
|2 teaspoons||baking powder|
|1 1/2 cups||milk; 2% milk or 1% buttermilk|
|2 tablespoons||Melted Butter|
|1||Mix dry ingredients.|
|2||Add the beaten egg and half the milk and stir until combined.|
|3||Add more milk until batter reaches desired consistency. I generally use a bit more milk to keep the pancakes on the thin side.|
|4||Cook on griddle at 425F|
|6||Add 1 grated apple at the end to make apple pancakes.|
