1 tablespoonHot pepper sauce
2 teaspoonsCelery salt
2 teaspoonsBlack pepper
1 teaspoonChili Powder
15 (10% fat)Turkey Bratwurst
15Brat Buns
Stone Ground Mustard

Method

StepInstruction
1Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil in a large dutch oven. Simmer for 20-25 minutes. Drain, saving the onions. Return the drained onions to the pot and simmer off the liquid while the brats cook. Place the brats on a preheated grill for 4-5 minutes or until browned.
2 Serve with the reserved onions and stone ground mustard.
3 ** Butter the buns and brown on the grill.
