|3 large||Onions; , sliced|
|6 cloves||Garlic; , minced|
|1 tablespoon||Hot pepper sauce|
|2 teaspoons||Celery salt|
|2 teaspoons||Black pepper|
|1 teaspoon||Chili Powder|
|15 (10% fat)||Turkey Bratwurst|
|Stone Ground Mustard|
|1||Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil in a large dutch oven. Simmer for 20-25 minutes. Drain, saving the onions. Return the drained onions to the pot and simmer off the liquid while the brats cook. Place the brats on a preheated grill for 4-5 minutes or until browned.|
|2||Serve with the reserved onions and stone ground mustard.|
|3||** Butter the buns and brown on the grill.|
