|1||vegetarian Italian sausage; uncooked|
|1||ciabatta buns; split|
|2||-3 slices provolone cheese; ( depending on size of slices) roasted red peppers, to taste ( o|
|1/2 cup||Red peppers; sliced|
|1/2 medium||Onion; sliced|
|1||Warm sausge in frying pan|
|2||Preheat George Foreman grill.|
|3||Slice sausage in half, lengthwise.|
|4||Place sausage cut-side down in hot pan.....add onions and red peppers, and cook until done (about 5 minutes or so).|
|5||Place cheese in bun, then add sausage, and top with roasted red peppers and/or your own favourite additions such as hot banana peppers, marinara sauce, olives, tomatoes, fresh basil, etc, etc.|
|6||Close sandwich and grill in George Foreman until the bread is golden and crispy.|
