Hot Bean Dip

8 ouncesCream cheese; softened
3/4 poundSharp cheddar cheese; shredded
3/4 poundMonterey jack cheese; shredded
8 ounceSour cream
10 1/2 ouncesjalapeno bean dip; canned
1/2 packTaco seasoning mix
1 cupGreen onion; chopped
Tabasco sauce; to taste


1Beat cream cheese till smooth. Reserve 1 cup each cheddar and jack cheeses and set aside.
2 Add remaining cheeses to cream cheese and mix well.
3 Stir in sour cream, bean dip, taco seasoning, tabasco, and green onions.
4 Spread in pyrex baking dish and top w/remaining cheeses.
5 Bake 350 for 25 minutes till hot.
6 (if assembled night before, don't add green onions until ready to bake)
7 serve with corn chips
