3 poundsPotatoes; Peeled and sliced
1 eachmedium onion; chopped fine
4 cupssharp cheddar cheese; shredded
1 cancream of chicken soup
1 8-ozcontainer of sour cream
1/2 cupwhole milk
2 tablespoonsbutter
1 teaspoonOlive oil

Method

StepInstruction
1Place potatoes in a pot, and add enough water to cover. set pot on stove and boil potatoes until fiork tender, drain, and reserve.
2 heat the butter in a skillet and add onions. Saute until translucent.
3 in a saucepan add sour cream. milk, and cheese. Heat until melted, and blended.
4 Use oil to grease a casserole dish large enough for all ingredients. Add a layer of Potatoes, and onions, then cover with cheese sauce. Repeat until all ingredients are used up.
5 Bake at 350 for 20 minutes to 1/2 hour or until bubbly.
