120 gOnion; chopped
1 cloveGarlic; minced
30 ml oil orbutter;
125 mlTomato sauce;
40 gRaisins;
80 g smoothpeanut butter;
10 mlSugar;
5 mlChili powder; or more to taste
1 mlCinnamon;
1/2 ml groundcloves;
15 g unsweetenedchocolate;
375 ml weakchicken broth;


11. Saute onion and garlic in oil or butter until tender but not brown. 2. Combine this with remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. 3. Return to saucepan and simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently. 4. Roast some chicken or duck according to your favorite recipe. 5.
