Main Ingredient: Chicken
|120 g||Onion; chopped|
|1 clove||Garlic; minced|
|30 ml oil or||butter;|
|125 ml||Tomato sauce;|
|80 g smooth||peanut butter;|
|5 ml||Chili powder; or more to taste|
|1/2 ml ground||cloves;|
|15 g unsweetened||chocolate;|
|375 ml weak||chicken broth;|
|1||1. Saute onion and garlic in oil or butter until tender but not brown. 2. Combine this with remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. 3. Return to saucepan and simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently. 4. Roast some chicken or duck according to your favorite recipe. 5.
