1 qtOlive oil;
1 ts freshrosemary; minced
1 ts freshoregano; minced
1 ts blackpepper;
1 ptLemon; juice
1 oz dryvermouth;
5 oz fresh mincedgarlic;
1 1/2 c freshminced; mint
2 tb freshminced; sage
