1 c thin slicedcelery;
8 oz sl.water chestnut; s
1 pk (10 oz) frozen peas
2 cupMayonnaise;
2 teaspoonSugar;
1/2 c gratedParmesan; cheese
1 teaspoonOnion; salt
1/4 teaspoonGarlic; powder
