Lemon and Rosemary Marinade

This is a great marinade recipe for chicken. It gives you that lemon-herb flavor that you find on so many store made chickens, but this is better.

Lemon and Rosemary Marinade

3 largeLemons
1/4 cupFresh rosemary; or 2 tablespoons dried rosemary
1/4 cupOlive oil
4 clovesGarlic; minced
1 teaspoonsalt
1/4 teaspoonWhite pepper


1Cut lemons in half and squeeze out the juice into a nonreactive bowl or resealable plastic bag. Add in remaining ingredients, mix well. Great for chicken. Marinate for 2 hours.
