If you dont care for the raspberry seeds you can strain smoothie through fine mesh strainer
Main Ingredient: FrozenMixedBerries
|1 cup||frozen mixed berries|
|1/2 cup||low-fat plain yogurt|
|1/4 cup||orange juice|
|splash pineapple juice; optional|
|2 tablespoons||wheat germ; optional|
|1||Mix all ingredients in blender.|
|2||Thin out with additional orange juice and/or pineapple juice if too thick for your liking.|
|3||You can also strain through a fine mesh strainer if you don't care for raspberry seeds|
