Savory pumpkin side dish made in a steam oven
Main Ingredient: Pumpkin
|1 15oz can||pumpkin|
|1/2 cup||heavy cream|
|3 1/2 ounce||gorgonzola; crumbled|
|2 tablespoons||walnuts; toasted, chopped|
|1||Butter 6 6oz ramekins. Blend pumpkin, eggs, yolks, and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Divide gorgonzola into 6 portions and scatter and bury crumbles in each. Scatter walnuts on top. Put in steam oven at 100% steam, 350 F for 30 to 40 minutes until done.|
