3 largeEggs
2egg yolks
1/2 cupheavy cream
salt
pepper
3 1/2 ouncegorgonzola; crumbled
2 tablespoonswalnuts; toasted, chopped

Method

StepInstruction
1Butter 6 6oz ramekins. Blend pumpkin, eggs, yolks, and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Divide gorgonzola into 6 portions and scatter and bury crumbles in each. Scatter walnuts on top. Put in steam oven at 100% steam, 350 F for 30 to 40 minutes until done.
