ChocolatePeanut Butter Cookies

|6 ounce||Semisweet chocolate; gluten-free chips|
|1 cup||Skim milk; or dairy substitute|
|1/2 cup||Peanut butter; gluten-free|
|1 teaspoon||Vanilla extract; I use real|
|1 cup||Cream of Buckwheat; dry|
|1||Melt chocolate chips, milk and peanut butter in medium saucepan on medium high heat.|
|2||Stir constantly and bring to a boil. Add vanilla and off heat.|
|3||Work quickly and stir in dry buckwheat.|
|4||Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet, let cool slightly and then put cookies in refridgerator until they are firm.|
