Ritz crackers and chicken in a delious casserole
Main Ingredient: Chicken
|4-6||boneless chicken breast halves|
|1 can||Cream of Chicken Soup|
|1 cup||Sour cream|
|1/4 cup||Chicken broth|
|4 ounce||Butter; melted|
|2 sleeves||Ritz crackers; crushed|
|1 cup||Cheddar cheese; shredded|
|1||Boil chicken and shred.|
|2||Crumble one sleeve of Ritz crackers and place in the bottom of a 1/2 quart casserole dish. Drizzle half of the melted butter over crackers.|
|3||Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, cheese, and broth. Pour mixture over crackers. Crush remaining crackers and top casserole. Drizzle with remaining butter.|
|4||Bake at 300 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until hot and bubbling.|
