2 tablespoons | extra virgin olive oil |

20 fresh | basil leaves; chopped |

Step | Instruction |
1 | Preheat the oven to 400. |
2 | Toss the tomatoes with olive oil. Spread them out onto one layer on a rimmed baking sheet and sprinkle generously with S&P. |
3 | Roast for 15-20 minutes until tomatoes are soft. Transfer to serving dish, sprinkle with basil leaves and sea salt. Serve a hot or at room temperature. |
