Main Ingredient: Bread
|1 loaf||Italian bread bowl|
|1/2 lb||Turkey; deli sliced|
|1/4 lb||Swiss; sliced|
|1/4 lb||Salami; hard and deli sliced|
|1/4 lb||Provolone; sliced|
|1/4 lb||Ham; deli sliced|
|1||Make or buy 1/4 cup tapenade. See 'Tapenade' recipe.|
|2||Cut bread in half horizontally; carefully hollow out top and bottom, leaving a 1-in. shell (discard removed bread or save for another use). Spoon half of tapenade over bottom half of bread. Layer with the turkey, Swiss cheese, salami, provolone cheese, ham and remaining tapenade. Replace bread top. Cut into six wedges.|
