4 cupsChicken broth
1 teaspoonSalt
1 teaspoonFreshly ground pepper
1 teaspoonBasil; dried or fresh
1 teaspoonOregano; dried or fresh
1 teaspoonParsley; dried or fresh
1 teaspoonOnion powder
1 teaspoonGarlic powder
1Bay leaf; Dried or fresh
.7 ouncespackage dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
5 poundsChicken breasts boneless and skinless
packHogie rolls
16 ounceMild pepper rings
1 jarpepperoncini


11.Combine water with salt, ground black pepper, oregano, basil, onion powder, parsley, garlic powder, bay leaf, and ItalianStyle salad dressing mix in a saucepan. Stir well, and bring to a boil.
2 2.Place Chicken in slow cooker, and pour dressing mixture over the Chicken Breast.
3 3.Cover, and cook on Low for 4 to 5 hours. When done, remove bay leaf, and shred Chicken with a fork.
4 Serve on Bun of your choice. I prefer Hogie Rolls.
