|1 cup||Sour cream|
|2 tablespoon||Sour cream|
|1||1. Preheat oven to 450F.|
|2||2. Cmbine the flour with the baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Cut in the butter with a pastry blender or 2 knives until the mixture resembles a coarse meal. Stir in the sour cream and mix well to form a soft dough.|
|3||3. Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to form a 6x8" rectangle that is ?" thick. Cut approximately 12 rounds from the dough with a lightly floured 2" biscuit cutter.|
|4||4. Place the rounds on a greased baking sheet and bake 12-15 minutes or until golden. Serve hot.|
