I make this dip for all my parties and its super easy and delicious

Spinach Artichoke Dip

1 canArtichoke hearts; Artichokes in water not marinated
1/2 bagFresh Spinach
16 ouncesCream cheese; Softhened not whipped
1 cupMayonnaise
1 cupParmesan grated
4 clovesGarlic
1 teaspoonRed pepper flakes
1/4Red pepper; Diced
1/2 teaspoonSalt & pepper


1Preheat oven to 350
2 In a large mixing bowl combine the softened cream cheese with the mayonaise, red peppers, spinach, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.  
3 In a blender or food processor pulse the artichokes, parmesan, and garlic for one minute or until they artichoke pieces are at a size you like.
4 Then combine with other ingredients.
5 Spread into a baking dish.  I use one that is two inches deep. Sprinkle more Parmesan on top.
6 Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until top is browned slightly and dip is bubbly.
7 Remove from oven and allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
