Two Cheese Straws

2 1/2 cupsBisquick
2/3 cupmilk
1/2 cupcheddar cheese; shredded
1 tablespoonMargarine; softented
2 tablespoonParmesan cheese; grated


1Heat oven to 400. Spray cookie sheets. Stir Bisquick mix, milk and cheddar until soft dough forms.
2 Divide dough in half. On surface lightly sprinkled with mix, roll into 9 x 6 rectangle. Spread with half of the butter. Sprinkle with half of parmesan. Cut dough lengthwise into 18 strips. Repeat with remaining dough.
3 Twist each dough strip as many times as possible; place on cookie sheets. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until light golden brown.
